ΤΡΟΠΟΙ ΑΠΟΣΤΟΛΗΣ

ΑΠΟΣΤΟΛΕΣ ΕΝΤΟΣ ΕΛΛΑΔΟΣ

Από την στιγμή που θα λάβουμε την παραγγελία σας η αποστολή πραγματοποιείται σε 1-5 μέρες. Τα δέματα ετοιμάζονται και αποστέλλονται από Δευτέρα έως Παρασκευή.

Οι αποστολές πραγματοποιούνται με τις εξής εταιρείες:

  • Γενική ταχυδρομική και ΕΛΤΑ Courier με έξοδα αποστολής 4€ και επιλογή δωρεάν αντικαταβολής.
  • BOX NOW παράδοση σε locker με έξοδα αποστολής 2€

Για παραγγελίες άνω των 100€ τα μεταφορικά είναι δωρεάν.

Μόλις η συνεργαζόμενη κούριερ παραλάβει το δέμα σας, θα σας στείλουμε email με τον αριθμό αποστολής για να το παρακολουθείτε.

Σε περίπτωση αδιαφορίας για το δέμα από τον πελάτη ή άρνηση παραλαβής, το κατάστημά μας έχει το δικαίωμα να αρνηθεί αποστολή με αντικαταβολή σε νέα παραγγελία.

Υπάρχει η δυνατότητα παραλαβής από τα καταστήματά μας για πελάτες που βρίσκονται εντός Θεσσαλονίκης με την προϋπόθεση ότι έχει δοθεί προκαταβολή ή έχει πραγματοποιηθεί η συνολική πληρωμή του ποσού.

ΑΠΟΣΤΟΛΕΣ ΠΡΟΣ ΚΥΠΡΟ

Για αποστολές στην Κύπρο οι επιλογές είναι οι εξής:

  • Standard shipping με KRONOS EXPRESS (8-10 μέρες) με έξοδα αποστολής 10€
  • Express shipping με KRONOS EXPRESS (1-3 μέρες) με έξοδα αποστολης 18€
  • BOX NOW παράδοση σε locker (3-5 μέρες) με έξοδα αποστολής 10€

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

For international shipments outside Greece we offer standard and express shipping.

Costs and estimated delivery time may vary depending on the destination country of the order. The courier company we collaborate with for international shipments is DHL. Once your order is delivered to the courier company, they will notify you of the tracking number for your order, so you can track its location at any time. If your order is delivered to a non-EU country, the total amount of the order does not include any duties or taxes that may be imposed upon delivery by the shipping company.

EUROPE (except of United Kingdom)

Standard delivery with DHL courier arriving within 7 working days: 16,00€
Express delivery with DHL courier arriving within 2 working days: 40,00€

UNITED KINGDOM

Shipping fees for the United  Kingdom are 25€ (1-3 working days).

Extra duties and customs may be applied upon delivery by the shipping carrier and are calculated based on the items, the destination and the value of your purchase. AUSTRALIA

Shipping fees for Australia are 120€ (10 working days).

Shipping fees for United States of America are 50€ (10 working days).

Delivery timings may vary depending on the accessibility of your address (e.g. remote areas) and the date of your order (no delivery during weekends or public holidays). For all international shipping we offer the DHL on demand delivery. This service notifies you via sms or mail for your scheduled delivery date and time. It also offers you flexible delivery options allowing you to choose a different delivery option most suitable to you. If still we cannot locate you in the arranged date and time, the parcel will return to our Headquarters.
